Charles Hall, was a weather observer in the United States Air Force from 1965-1967 at Indian Springs Nevada. According to Charles, a large black titanium mother ship would land at Dog Bone lake every two weeks near area 54 and then move into the side of a mountain where the aliens were dug in.
Charles has written four books about his experiences in the Area 51-54 complex during 1965-1967. Charles spoke and interacted with a group of individuals he calls the tall whites the he believes are from a planet somewhere near the star Archturus
